An easy and uncomplicated summer red wine, but never the less complex and extremely fruity, light, delicate and fresh (matured in cement tanks, was never in contact with wood). Aromas are strong and seductive of ripe red currant and blackberries. It’s juicy, meaty, with soft tannins and a very long aftertaste.

Perfect when served and savored, chilled at 14-16°C in red wine glasses, Burgundy model. It doesn’t require decanting or any kind of aeration.

Food Pairing:
To be enjoyed with duck or turkey confit, with grilled pork (tenderloin or sausages) garnished with fresh mixed salad or / and home made bread.
