CORCOVA RESERVE SYRAH

The Syrah grape variety is one of the best known and appreciated for red wines, developing the most contrasting aromas. The soils and the long exposure to the sun enjoyed by the vineyards of Jirov locality from Mehedinți county finalize these grapes to their maximum potential. Thus, the dry red wine Corcova Reserve Syrah, presents itself as a special one. After harvesting, the grapes give rise to an aromatic must, subjected to a fermentation process in tanks, on yeasts that help to extract the aromas and color. Then the liqueur is matured for 9 months in oak barrels, which completes both the bouquet and the taste and color of ruby.
