A very elegant wine (fermented in 400 L French oak barrels and aged in barrique of 225 L), soft, creamy and buttery, well rounded, with aromas of ripe fruits (peaches, golden apples and bananas) and delicate hints of wood.

Ideally served cold at 10-12°C, in Burgundy red wine glasses, with stem. It will open up if aerated right before service, in a white wine decanter, with an integrated or attached ice recipient.

Food Pairing:
Great with creamy white sauces pastas, roast chicken, baked salmon with nuts crust or lobster tail. Will “perform” nicely at the end of your dinner, when paired with fine hard or semi hard cheese, garnished with fresh white grapes and pistachio.
Perfect pairing: Classic King Crab with melted butter.
