CORCOVA JIROV #ALB

The name of the Jirov collection is inspired by the vineyard from which the grapes come, located on the hills of Jirov. These hills in Mehedinți County benefit from ideal climatic and soil conditions for the Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel and Chardonnay grape varieties, used to make Corcova Jirov #Alb. The grapes are harvested in September, when they are perfectly ripe, the result being a golden wine with green reflections and an exceptional clarity. The elegant character of Corcova Jirov #Alb is revealed by a bouquet of appetizing fruits, among which we mention apricots and lemons, but also a full-bodied aroma, perfectly balanced by acidity. Corcova Jirov #White is a dry assortment, best served at temperatures between 8-10 degrees Celsius and highlighted very nicely by dishes with white sauces,
