CORCOVA CHARDONNAY
A dry white wine made exclusively from the Chardonnay variety, where the grapes go through a careful pressing process through which the must is obtained, then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Also in stainless steel tanks there is a short aging process, the result being an expressive wine, with golden and greenish reflections, whose bouquet betrays notes of vanilla and toast, with fruit accents. The aroma completes the charm of the wine, bringing on stage a well-balanced acidity, ideal to be enjoyed with fish or seafood dishes.
