VARVARA 2019 – DOC BOLGHERI

Varvära in honor of the Baronessa Varyära Wrangel, wife of Count Ligolino della Gerardesen, great grandfathers of Federico Zileri Dal Verme, the owner of Castello di Bolgheri. The first vintage prodused was 2005: in any vintages was elegant and refreshiny of minerality, in other more solher and full body.

BLEND

60% Cabemet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabermet Franc, From 2016 we have introduced the Cabernet Franc that seams the ideal partner in marriage Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot. The bouquet turm to more spicy-refreshing notes, on same full-bodied exciting taste.
