The wine is straw-yellow in color with a greenish tinge. The aroma is fresh, very lively, sparkling.
The nose gives a bouquet of dried flowers and the peel of a yellow apple, with discreet hints of the smell of a warm croissant.

An excellent choice for an aperitif, as well as various fish-based dishes, medium-weight white meat. Sushi and fresh seafood are also great companions.
